I cant figure out how to import a part into design studio....I dont want an assembly

I'm in part studio and i want to import another part created (below) into part studio so I can work on both...I don't want an assembly as I can't do the same things....HOW do I import that 2nd part

@tim_ocallaghan, "Derived Part" is the tool that you are looking for. And then use the "Transform" tool, if needed to correctly position the derived part.1 -
