I have an edge this, and I don't want to chamfer all the way to the end of the edge. I found a .step file that has something like this. Is this achivable in onshape?

Make the chamfer manually so it doesn't go the whole way, then fillet the hard edge like so: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/3384e6ef0e2b66a99fff5f53/w/f6d3b558b4c8a4adedae4ad0/e/3ef61dfc0f28a843588e1b0c

A variation on @Evan_Reese's suggestion is to split the part where you want the chamfer to end, then use the chamfer tool and boolean the parts back together after. This can be quicker than manually cutting the corner depending on your geometry.

if you wanna control the shape, you can sketch it and extrude it at a 45° direction too like this https://cad.onshape.com/documents/3384e6ef0e2b66a99fff5f53/w/f6d3b558b4c8a4adedae4ad0/e/3ef61dfc0f28a843588e1b0c0
