How can I put a fillet tail on my chamfer edge like this?

I have an edge this, and I don't want to chamfer all the way to the end of the edge. I found a .step file that has something like this. Is this achivable in onshape?

A variation on @Evan_Reese's suggestion is to split the part where you want the chamfer to end, then use the chamfer tool and boolean the parts back together after. This can be quicker than manually cutting the corner depending on your geometry.
