constraints will not finalize

I'm doing the Multi-part studios exercise. I went all the way through the clamp build and everything worked fine right up until I tried to change the dimensions then the part constraints on the 50mm pivot circle wouldn't change with the dimension changes. I went back and started the sketch drawing over several more times, but now I can't get the master sketch to finalize. I'm lost to what is going on.
Any help.

@MCassidy you might be missing some sketch constraints- most likely a tangent or perpendicular. Without digging into the sketch that would be my guess. If you are comfortable making it public, and posting the link, I can take a look.0

Your sketch is not closed. See spline highlight. Line needs a coincident constraint to stay connected to arc. The horizontal constraint isn't doing anything useful.
The arms will continue to move unless you add something like a finalizing angle or something. Before adding the angle I was able to move things about such that the line pulls back and opens the sketch.
