    I'm a mentor for my schools robotics teams (FTC for Middle and FRC for High school). Occasionally a kid will only be able to view a document in "View Only" mode. Does this mean they are not under the "Education" accounts, but the "Free" account? If that is the case, how do they convert to the correct account? Thanks
