HELP! How do I trim a surface with a sketch?
So frustrated, have tried split and extrude but cannot seem to trim away this cylinder with rectangle sketch. Its a test so just want to trim off the top and bottom parts of the cylinder. SolidWorks is Extrude Cut, then choose what to keep, what is the Onshape equivalent?

Best Fit Surface on a Point Cloud
What is the best way to create a surface using points created in multiple sketches? I am working on a boat hull. The shape is defined by a table of Offsets. These are points measure up from a base, and over from a center plane. Back in the BC days(Before Computers), these points were taken from a scale model created for…

I'm trying to make a sticker template for the surfaces…

How do I query for just the inside surfaces?
For example, I have a pipe network. I want to query for all of the inside surfaces of the pipe, and I don't want the outside surfaces or the end faces of the pipes. Another example: I have a cavity (like a mold tool), and I want to query for just the inner surfaces. Thanks!

From Maya this mesh has been exported to IGES files and then imported to Onshape. My surprise is that once imported it is recognised as…
