I think you would learn a ton about best practices by taking a couple of Learning Center courses. In this course, they do a couple examples similar to what you are trying to do. (View Post)1 -

Outer diameter is 130 mm. Inner diameter is 126 mm. Outer radius is 65 mm. Inner radius is 63 mm. 65 - 63 = 2. (View Post)1 -
