Agreed with above. Depending on how smooth you want it, you might even be able to pull it off with just a Fill and matching tangency (no added sketches/curves). Both Fill and Loft have lots of option… (View Post)1 -

Your sweep self-intersects because of that 0.5 mm overlap. Move that far right vertical line to the left side of the Front plane and you're good to go. (View Post)1 -
