I can tell you that the asymmetry in your part is coming from Loft 2. If you split the circle, you can get a cleaner, more symmetric Loft. vs. (View Post)2 -

When I saw your picture, I thought "no way." But it only took a few minutes to use the Split tool to split your sketches into roughly 20 segments each loft surfaces one at a time. Not done,… (View Post)3
