You can only select one tool for the split, but you can construct a surface in such a way that it splits it into 3+ parts. For example the following surface that I made splits my part into 5 parts (View Post)1 -

There is an option to import a DXF into a sketch. Upload the .DXF you want to import into your document, open a sketch and choose (import DXF), then select the DXF with the correct units. (View Post)1 -
