Re: Split fails and I don't see why
I did clean that up and could not get the split to work. I think this is a bug. The failure occurs when the plan angle is to sharp. I replaced that with a removal extrude and it work - although this is time consuming. Thanks for the assistance anyway. -

@ralf, You are observing failure in Extrude 4 due to missing faces and sketch region to extrude which is missed due to correction of your bug profile sketch (Sketch Aluprofil 20x20). Great, thanks - as you suggested there are a string of 'Projected - Dangling' in red boxes. Now slowly working my way through deleting a line and replacing it - and dealing with the fall-out further that this causes to extrudes, etc. Simon -
