Re: Aluminium frame for a camper
Here's a wacky idea, and I'm not 100% clear on your goal, so maybe it will do what you want, but maybe not. One of the first features I ever wrote was Wireframe, which you can use to convert your solid body to something more like a bunch of extrusions, and from that you could convert faces to sheet metal. Am I close? Here's my copy of your model.

That doc has two part studios showing different ways.

API Limits
We have just had an email telling us we have exceeded our limit of API requests, and we need to buy more. When looking at the limits, it is a mere 20000 per year per company! We have 5 users, so that is 4000 per user. We have multiple programs for exporting, renaming documents and parts, downloading, etc, for our workflows. This creates multiple requests for every drawing, so we will run out in about 2 weeks.
This limit looks to have been put in place about 3 days ago!
Re: Fastened mate
@matthew_rosete380 , Onshape uses cloud resources for all the "heavy" processing so the local computer only needs to display it's hard to be 100% sure without seeing the whole thing but I'm guessing the slow down is on the Onshape side, due to the large number of mates.
As for a solution, I would suggest grouping things into sub-assemblies for things that are fastened together and "lock" these in the top level so that the mates aren't constantly being re-computed.
Re: Should complicated geometry for a single profile be sketched in multiple sketches
You very much want to do separate sketches on top of each other, each sketch for a specific thing and as simple as possible. Downstream sketches reference upstream sketches. You can freely apply constraints between entities in one sketch and another.

Re: Swivel Bracket Lock Teeth/Grooves
You could create two 20° wedges and loft between them.
Re: How to loft internal holes?
Loft is probably the right tool. But, as you've probably figured out, you can't make a loft with internal loops. So, either do two lofts (an add then a remove) or loft a surface and then thicken.
