Swivel Bracket Lock Teeth/Grooves

I'm battling to find anything helpful on the problem I'm trying to solve.
I want to creat teeth/grooves around a hole to lock a swivel bracket into place when it's fixing nut is tighthened. Best to describe is by an example photo of a part that I'm trying to customized.
There are 18 teeth in total (20° angle between teeth) and the depth is 0.8 mm.
This is the part where I want to add the teeth:

You could create two 20° wedges and loft between them.
