How to loft internal holes?

I'm drawing up and intake manifold for an engine and I need to loft and square shaped inlet to a circular outlet, but it needs to be an internal feature not a shell type loft. is there a way to do this? loft might not be the correct tool to use but I'm very new to cad and trying to learn. I need the loft to start for the outside of the first face and end on the outside of the other face. I have attached photos of the holes i need to loft. thanks. they are currently 2 separate parts as I was trying different ways to do it, it will be one solid part.

Loft is probably the right tool. But, as you've probably figured out, you can't make a loft with internal loops. So, either do two lofts (an add then a remove) or loft a surface and then thicken.
