List of my shared documents

Hans_Ole_LeirvikHans_Ole_Leirvik Member Posts: 80 PRO
I want to see a list of all the documents I have shared with others.
How can I do that ?

I know I can see the documents others have shared with me, but I want the opposite, like filtering on a Shared property in the document list.

What if you have an employee that is leaving your company, how do you know wheter he has shared all your designs with somebody?

You have to allow him share or copy permission for him to be able to share your designs.
If he has copy permission, then he could have made a copy not linked to the original.

I think he was trying to drive home the idea of a malicious employee trying to secretly share your company's IP without you noticing.

With a top down view of the share states of all files it would be easy to detect files that are listed where they don't belong. Rather than manually checking each document one at a time.

for example: guess what documents that bad boy is trying to steal...
Or you could use this to check if you still have a share to a vendor that you no longer want to have access to your files.
