What does "highlighted entities have changed due to differing feature libraries" mean?

I don't see any highlighted entities.  Which feature libraries have changed?  Are these onshape libraries or third-party?  Do you mean feature script features?  I can't tell if my design is still valid with this warning.

This message has probably came up when you were trying to paste a copied sketch. "feature libraries" refers to feature script features. The part studio containing original sketch refers to a different version of std document (Onshape feature library) than the one where you were trying to paste the copy. We've released new version Saturday and were in process of upgrading user documents to it. At this time It is very likely to have around documents referring to different versions of feature script. If you try making such copy today, you probably are not going to encounter such warning. If you still see it, please take a snapshot, publish links to both part studios here and some-one would check what is going on.
