Note Box Alignment on Drawings

Is there an easy way to align 2 or more Note Boxes (either horizontally or vertically) on a drawing?

Draw a line then you can snap the blue grip to the line (or edge of a part)
this will move the text when the line moves.

you can then delete the line when you're done.

    this works with balloons too

@john_mcclary Does this work for vertical alignment as well?

    yes, any angle automatically

@john_mcclary I'm trying to align two boxes vertically, so their left hand edges are aligned. When I drag the beige filled square to the vertical line as you suggest, it changes the size of the box. I want to maintain the box width, and "move" the entire box. Am I doing something wrong?

oh, you want the text horizontal, but vertically aligned.

hmm.. after playing with it for a bit, I can't find a way.

Time to write up an improvement request :)

You can align them manually, but there is no self align method that i know
for moving the complete box just click in the middle of the text box, not on the beige fill square.
