Drawing Error

simon_owen703simon_owen703 Member Posts: 11 ✭✭
Hi, I'm probably doing something wrong, but every time I select 'Create Drawing' I get this error 'T2-Start_R Http::Client error: 401' (and no drawing). It also crashes the browser (Safari) most times I try. Simple drawings, nothing too complex. Maybe a feature that's on paid-for version only? Any wise words gracefully received! Thanks Simon

@simon_owen703 can you check that you are logged into cad.onshape.com and not sso.onshape.com?

If that doesn’t work can you try a different browser?

Doesn't sound like a "you" thing.  Drawings are in paid and unpaid subscriptions.  Have you opened a support ticket?
