Can I save an Assembly as a single, solid body part?

I have an Assembly with mates and would like to generate a Single Solid Body object from it. I need to eventually create a mold of this "part", so I can not simply export as a .STL or .STEP
Thanks

It is highly dependent on whether all the parts touch or intersect each other, otherwise you wouldn't be able to boolean them together. One way to do this is to "create part studio in-context" (icon on the right in assemblies). In the new Part Studio, use the Transform / Copy in Place command and select all the "ghosted" parts. This will make parts out of them which can then be Booleaned together.
