I have updated the list that I made in June with the last updates in Onshape (I have indexed the implemented ones)

1 - Exploded Views
     1' - Feature Tree Folders (Implemented on December 10, 2018 v1.89)
2 - Coloring faces 
3 - Global variables
     3' - Part Replacement in Assembly (Implemented on November 12, 2018 v1.88)
     3'' - Make Part Transparent in Assembly (Partially implemented)
4 - 3D sketching / curves
5 - Assembly configurations
     5' - Sheet Metal Features (Partially implemented)
     5'' - User defined materials, or adding a weight for a part (Implemented on December 07, 2017 v1.72)
6 - Create and edit variables from within a sketch
7 - Center of Mass Symbol
8 - Mirror feature for assembly workflow
9 - Assembly interference detection
10 - External cosmetic thread
     10' - Configurations (Implemented on January 8 v1.73)

And this is my own top ten list updated:

1. Handle identical parts in Part Studios and BOMs (Group by name or part number)
   
2. 3D Sketch
   
3. Mirror in Assemblies
4. No-CAD users who can edit properties
5. Notes in Part Studios and Assemblies (Weld, surface finish, tolerances,...)
6. More options to create teams & share (hide other members in teams and Share a few tabs of a document)
   
7. Drawing properties templates (or in the settings) & change individual properties of an element
8. Coloring faces
9. Textures and cosmetics threads
10. Full Parametric Sketchs in drawings
    

And please, please, pleeease... Nº1 Handle identical parts in Part Studios and BOMs (Group by name or part number) is critical to set a complete design workflow.
