Can't Extrude Hole Through Part

My part is a simple rectangular container with a hose barb sticking out the side. I can't make a hole through the axis of the hose barb into the interior. Extrude5 stops short of the inside no matter what parameters I've tried. I may have caused the problem by my convoluted specification of the barbs, but that should have not affected the interior of the 0.5" dia cylinder that defines the hole. Any help will be appreciated.

You can change the Extrude5 to "Through all" and change to the Opposite direction (clic in the icon with the arrow)
or you can change to the Opposite direction and set a Depth (like in the image below)
or even you can just set a negative Depth without change the direction.
