How would I create a "diagonal cylinder" or a "tilted cylinder"?!?!? I cant do it!!!

Pls help I need this for a school project *_* - I need to create this in OnShape - can anyone help???

    If it's a school project then we probably shouldn't do much more than give hints. If it were me though I'd be using three sketches, an additional plane and a loft though 🤔

    use a sketch with a circle cross section and another sketch with a slanted line, then just look at the sweep command

    Thanks for all the help! Yes, it is a school project but we are allowed to research different ways to do things.
