Looking for a 3D spline

Ideally, this would take vertices and a start/end tangency/curvature input 
AND the ability to dig in space. Where a dig in space is made, that point gets a 3 axis manipulator.
I will buy lunch / t shirt for this!

Well, I've been working on a new version of the wiring FS. This is the original one, mine is in Spanish (Please, vote for this improvement request to add the Spanish language in Onshape) and it is not finish yet, but it does more or less the same with some extra options



I will add some kind of profiles and custom sketches like in the Beam FS.

But, I plan to start a project to create 3D schemes of different types: 

• Single line diagram or 3D models
• With straight lines (with or without rounds) or with splines
• for electrical, heating, gas, etc. diagrams
  

At the moment I only have some ideas of concept, but I guess it could be adapted to what you ask

These are some examples of the cases that I would like to implement

Here is a FeatureScript that allows using 3d manipulators to draw lines
