Issue with "Measure Value" custom feature

I have a couple of questions.
First, when I search "Measure Value" in the custom feature menu, I get several results (see screenshot below). Why is this? And which result should I use?
Second, using the first Measure Value feature in the list above, when I select an area to determine its perimeter and click the green checkmark, I don't see any distance value results (see screenshots below). Can I determine the perimeter of a face like the one in the screenshot with the Measure Value feature?

Ok, it works now, thanks.
For future reference, how could I find the original feature like the one that you linked?
We would be very interested in hearing about this if you reproduce it. Like Neil says, refreshing the browser should never affect the outcome of the regeneration of a feature.
