Items that are suppressed or after the roll back bar can cause this error.  -  Maybe this will help someone else.

Took a while to figure this out because , well, it just seems wrong.  I knew I was removing a part that was in-context, so I suppressed the features before updating.  I then was receiving the error and no red indicators.  Moving the roll back did not help.  Deleted the features, no more error.

    Is there a way to see what's causing the issue? i.e. display failed updated parts and reference names etc
