Can I dimension to the outside of two circles?

I can't dimension between the outside of two holes. The only way I can get this dimension is by breaking it up into 1) centre-to-centre dimension and 2) add half the diameters of the two holes. Is there an easier way to do this? Otherwise this should definitely be an improvement request in my opinion.

By default dimensions between arcs/circles are to the centers as that is far more common. We do have an improvement to be able to directly place a min/max dimension.5
