I am trying to make a ramp above a semicircle that curves along its edge. I have spent the last several hours trying to figure this out so any help would be much appreciated! thanks!

Helix or sweep might be the solution to my problem but if so I am not sure how to implement them.
Maybe this will help clarify what I'm asking...

This a top down view of my project so far, I am trying to make a slope or ramp that starts at line "A" and ends on line "B." The slope will rise upwards as it goes counterclockwise or follows the arrow. The ramp needs to stay between the lines that line "A" and "B' connect. Thanks again!!!
