Fillet without trimming

Is there any way to create a fillet while sketching without trimming the corner?  I'd like to leave the corner there in some cases.

    You could just add an arc, then dimension the radius and add tangent constraints. Or you could add a circle, add the same constraints, then trim the portion of the circle you don't need. 

    Or... you could leave the corners as-is and add the fillets to the 3D part instead of doing it in the sketch. 

    Several different options - just depends on your needs!
