Here at Onshape, we are very proud of our reputation of helpfulness and responsiveness to our customers. On this forum and elsewhere we often hear Onshape users telling others that it is a delight to interact with our customer-facing staff, and that our level of service is a game-changer coming from old CAD software.

We at Onshape want to take the chance during National Customer Service Week to properly thank all of our fellow employees who spend their time keeping our customers happy and successful!  We have a number of customer-oriented roles here at Onshape.  From training new customers on how to use the product, to checking in to make sure our customers are successful, fielding bug reports, designing high-level implementation strategies, and collecting feedback about how to move our product forward in the most user-friendly way:
