Select edge of extrude? (resolved)

I'm suddenly having trouble doing something I swear I've done before: selecting edges (not the face) of an extrude.

Make a rectangle, extrude.

Now, I want to select the edges of the top, and chamfer the edges.  I can't convince the UI to select individual edges, only the face.

This matters, because what I really want to do is select just three of the four edges for chamfering.

(Similarly, put a hole in it.  I want to chamfer just the outer edges, not the hole.  Without reordering the operations, I can't seem to do that anymore.)

Okay -- let's put it down as a mystery for now.  Chrome 44.0.2403.107 m.  Reload did not fix it; cache flush reload (Shift-F5) did not fix it; full reboot and re-launch did fix it.

Thanks; sorry for the non-reproducibility.  If I find a recipe to reproduce, I'll open a ticket.

@laird_broadfield - You should absolutely be able to select the edges of an extrude.  What browser are you using? The first thing I'd recommend doing is a hard refresh of the page by holding Shift and clicking the reload button.  If that doesn't help, can you open a ticket by using the ? -> Feedback option and share the document with Onshape support?

I also am not able to select teh edge of an extrude now...is there a setting I am missing or something?

@brian_rafferty what are you trying to do? If you are trying to select an edge to fillet and it won't then please open a ticket or check your browser version. If you are in a sketch and trying to reference an edge, Onshape will only select the edges of the face you used as a sketch plane - you must add constraints manually to other edges in the model.
