He tries to pull through the planes but the result gets the model torsion

Loft has the best behavior when each profile has the same number of edges. The first 3 profiles in your loft have 6 edges, and the last two have 8, meaning our system needs to guess where to add extra divisions in the first three profiles. If you use the sketch split tool to split on the first three profiles, the torsion will go away.
