Best technique for creating low profile rounded bumps on a curved surface

Hello,
I am designing a rounded cup with circular raised bumps with a low profile. Almost like a tiny hill on a rounded surface. I’m trying to find a solution that looks clean and will be easy to manipulate if changes need to be made. Thanks.

Cup with bumps.
It will add bumps and optionally fillet them - (be careful to use proper sizes/angles/distances). It can obviously get pretty slow (so be patient).
You basically have to define an axis and starting point (mating connector) - and tell it to start and end a certian distance up this "shaft".

To fix it, I just transposed lines 95 and 96, so that bn is being incremented after the union, rather than before.
