How to embed OnShape model into my question to the forum

I posted a question to the OnShape forum and was unable to figure out how to embed a screenshot of my OnShape sketch into my question. I used the "Image URL" tab to link to my OnShape account. That did not work.
I would appreciate knowing how to paste an image from my OnShape account into a question I post on the forum. Thank you.

To take screenshoots if you are in a Mac Press Command (⌘)-Shift-4. You'll see that your cursor changes to a camera pointer. If you run windows there are a couple of tools you can download that will do the trick (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-capture-screen-shots#1TC=windows-8 7 / http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-take-a-screenshot-on-pc/) or use the Print Screen key and crop the image in paint.Nicolas Ariza V.

And just to remind, if possible, you can make your document public [Share button --> make public] and simply copy the link from your browsers address line to forum.
