How do I test a wing design that I have on OnShape?

I would like to know this so that I can design a wing with decreased drag and increased lift.

You will need to find a simulation app in the app store

Is there an app that is free?

Some, if not a limited trial. For something like this, I would say unlikely

I've been using simscale which is free for public analysis. I haven't done an airfoil lift problem yet, you can define a surface integral and compute pressure over surface. I suppose if you compared top & bottom, you'd get lift. I haven't tried it.
