Can I add a point to a hole table

I would like to be able to create a hole table which includes coordinates for defined points. Alternatively, is there such a thing as a "table of coordinates" similar to a hole table. What I need to do is to create a table which includes not only x,y coordinates for holes locations, but also positioning coordinates for various operations that need to done for a part. For example, I need to be able to specify the location of the vertex of a radius. I considered just creating a hole at the vertex, but in some cases the vertex is outside the part. Along with this, I need to be able to mark the location of the vertex on a part drawing (I suppose I can do this using the center point functions, but drawing clarity would be improved if the virtual circle was not displayed). I welcome any ideas for achieving these goals.
