api to create document

in General
when i use rest api  '/api/documents' to create document,
in certain server it created successfully,
but in other server the onshape side return 401,
i use the same access_key/secret_key  and same function to signture
is there any detail i missed ？

    Hi @freeshape,
    Please email api-support@onshape.com with the details of the call you are making. Most likely something is off during the api key header signing process - such as the time being off. With the details, I'll be able to locate your call in our logs and nail down the cause.
