Fillets and Moving Faces.

Can anyone tell me why I can't Move face 1, 3mm in the first instance. I was able to move it 2mm and then another 1mm after booleening the object but then some edges when selected to put a 1mm fillet (fillet 2) on them, say that the edge is missing. Very frustrating. Is there anyway I can force face 1 to 3mm in the first instance. Maybe there is another way of doing it???
