Reality Server - Colored Faces

Is there a way to have RealityServer ignore colored faces? I cannot remove some face colors in a derived model and as a result I cannot change the appearance of my part in RealityServer

I see you reached out to support on this one as well but for others who might be interested there are a few options. Using Override materials can help:

And using the Reveal Full Tree option (usually used to access individual faces of a part) you can also override face materials.
