computing tangent vectors on start of spline [for newbie]

malet_jlmalet_jl Member Posts: 15
Hi,
I try my first feature script,
I can select curves filter with :

annotation { "Name" : "Edges and sketch curves to sweep",
                         "Filter" : (EntityType.EDGE && ConstructionObject.NO) || (EntityType.BODY && BodyType.WIRE)}
            definition.surfaceProfiles is Query;

I then want to loop on each selected definition.surfaceProfiles and compute a tangent start vector and a tangent stop vector.
how can I do that?
thanks and regards
JLM

    There's a similar example here. Essentially, you'd take a query for edges, evaluate it, loop over the result, and use evEdgeTangentLines with parameters 0 and 1 to get the tangent vectors.
