We are beginning to ramp up our user group program with meetups in larger cities of the US. We have three in Califronia right now, San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We just had our San Francisco one not too long ago. You can read about how it went here. These are great events to meet Onshape employees and other Onshape enthusiasts and questions and get help. We're hoping to host another one in SF towards the end of September so I recommend following the link and joining to stay up to date.
Other than this, Onshape does not provide any one-on-one in-person support but chances are, there are online resources that can help you. If you have prior CAD experience, I suggest checking out our Essential Training Series. If not, check out our Instructor Kit which is geared towards teachers, but can also serve as a self teaching tool. Lastly, you'll find that the people on this forum are very friendly and willing to help, even towards newbie questions.
Hope this helps,
