Hello, how are you? how do you go about an already imports file?

    Welcome to the forum and Onshape!  We use imported geometry all the time.  If your model imports without error and a solid is created, you will have no problem using the standard tools to add or change.  See the on-line tutorials for more help.

    I imported an .stl file but am unable to change the file, ie edit sketch see screen shot thanks for the help

    .STL is a mesh format, and as such can't be edited like native Onshape geometry.

    Boolean Plus, by MBARTLETT, is a custom featurescript and is excellent when working with STL's which are notoriously tricky when trying to use in the CAD environment
