Hi
When I click on the rest password link ( https://cad.onshape.com/signup/resetpassword), it automatically changes to sign up page (https://cad.onshape.com/signin)
Any thoughts on how to fix this issue.

If these are not valid, the product will redirect you to the signin page indicating the information isn't valid.
I would make sure that the link in the email sent to you is formatted like this, if it is not there is a possibility that your email client is filtering this out.
