Faster drawing view creation.

Currently, creating views and updating drawings is absurdly slow, even with very simple parts and assemblies. I notice that there is no CPU/GPU activity while this is being processed leading me to believe it's done remotely. This needs to be locally processed. With larger assemblies, this will be downright painful.
