I am doing an Onshape instructor lesson I forgot how to insert existing CAD files pls help

Assemblies: use the "insert" function (i key on keyboard)
Drawings: use the "insert view" function (you can search for it with Alt+c)
Importing other formats from documents page: Create -> Import files...
Importing other formats within document: + (at bottom left corner) -> Import...
