Add ability to add Continuous Feature (CF) symbol in drawings introduced in the 2009 Y14.5 standard

The <CF> symbol is incredibly useful when designing shafts, and allows for drawings to convey information that could not be previously communicated without a hefty note block. See the attached image for an example of its use. This symbol should be added to bring Onshape closer to meeting the 2009 ASME Y14.5 standard
