OPENBOM will not load

I am trying to add OPENBOM to a file, but it will not load -- I just get a spinning colored wheel. After registering for OPENBOM I clicked "+" and selected "add application>OPENBOM." At that point the colored circle started spinning and the application never loads. I have tried signing out of OPENBOM and Onshape, and signing back in, but the issue remains
