Cross Section Adjustment Triad Visibility when zoomed in

When zoomed in looking at cross section details of parts the adjustment triad goes out of the viewable screen area making it very difficult to do fine adjustments.
It would be good to see improvements to the cross section tool this has been a complaint from colleagues in the evaluation of Onshape.

    You can click anywhere on a cross sectioned surface to move the triad to the where you click. You can also drag the triad to a desired location before moving it. I personally find this preferable to the way solidworks moves the triad because you can then drag the triad to snap to mate connector and leave it attached to a key point like a shaft that you can then rotate around.

    Thanks for that.

    I think the improvement could be to make the triad be not normal to your current view, as if you are normal for example to the right plane then you cannot adjust the triad along the X axis whilst normal to that view, meaning during presentations etc you have to do a bunch of moving around and clicking back to normal and off normal and adjusting the section etc. It needs improvements and should have a dialog box with a slider for adjustments In my opinion.

    @ryan_mcgoldrick

    If you drag the manipulator, a box comes up with a distance. You can then view back normal and just scroll in the box to change the section.
