On the naming of derived objects

I have a part in a part studio named Block.  It's from an extrude feature named Block.  I derive this in a second part studio and the window asks what to name it.  (Default is "Blk" for unknown reasons).  I type Top Block.

I see in my Part Studio now Derived1 in the feature tree.  I see Block in the Part tree.

Where does Blk come from, and where does Top Block go to ?

Oops.  Name in the derived window comes from configurations.  I added a configuration variable Name to the Block PartStudio.  I can't find where Blk is defined in this.

Also can't find a way to delete this question.

If you link your public document here it'll be easier for us to answer. Otherwise it is a lot of guessing.
