Point not available when creating new plane normal to a line, endpoint of line not becoming origin

When you create a new plane normal to a line and on the end point of the line it does not allow you to use the end point as a reference point or origin when sketching along this new plane when using iPad version of Onshape app. I have tried it on the web version and it works perfectly with the sketching tool clipping to the end point of the line in a seperate sketch without any problem but on iPad it clips to original origin and when you hide that the sketching tool cannot clip to any point on the new plane whatsoever
