Student getting kicked out

Hi,
I have a student who created an EDU account; he can get in but minutes later gets kicked out and can't get back in. He said he made three accounts over the weekend and it still happens. Any ideas?

    @david_lee999 I'm sorry your student is having that issue. You could have the student try using a different browser or device to narrow down if it is an issue with the computer/browser or the student's account.

    However, the best way to have these types of account problems solved is to reach out to Onshape Support. 

    You can fill out this form on Onshape's website to create a ticket: https://www.onshape.com/en/contact

    Or if you are signed into Onshape you can do the following:
    1. Either from the Documents page or from within a document, click the  Help icon  in the upper right corner of the screen.
    2. Click Contact Support (if you have a Professional subscription) or Report a bug (if you have a free or EDU subscription).
    3. Enter a title and provide a description.
    4. Click Send to submit to Onshape, or Cancel to close without sending.

    Thanks - I was able to connect him to Onshape Support and they got it fixed.
